Update from OneBridge in relation to COVID-19

To our valued customers and network,

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to spread throughout the world, and more recently closer to home, we want you to know that everyone at OneBridge Solutions is doing whatever we can to normalize service and interaction with our clients and partners during this challenging time. We want to emphasize that OneBridge has operated as a virtual company since inception of our company, meaning that nearly all of our employees have always worked remotely from home offices. As a result, the new problems associated with potential employee absences and quarantine scenarios that many companies face as they reorganize their operations do not impact OneBridge. You can be assured that our operations will continue without major disruption.

We are taking added precautions to keep our clients, employees and communities safe. To limit the potential impact of COVID-19, OneBridge has instituted company-wide travel restrictions for our employees and will continue to adjust our policies in accordance with recommendations from federal agencies. We have made it a priority to closely monitor the situations in both Canada and the United States and will respond to the rapidly changing nature of these issues as events unfold.

OneBridge is fully committed to working with our clients while acting responsibly to assist our communities as we all work through the issues. We greatly value the business and personal relationships that have been developed over the past few years and are standing by to assist in any way that we can. For now, it is necessary to meet and communicate through on-line meetings, until circumstances improve and allow us to resume face-to-face meetings without compromising health and safety for everyone.

We thank you for your patience and ask you to contact support@onebridgesolutions.com with any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
Brandon Taylor
President & COO
